AEC Graduate program

The graduate program at the AEC runs for 10 months. It has a variety of developmental experiences based on our core business. As an AEC graduate, you can expect to participate in a comprehensive training program throughout your graduate year. This includes an orientation program and a range of generic and individually specific development opportunities.
