The AEC maintains a register of persons interested in temporary employment for federal electoral events. To apply for temporary employment you must be eligible to be on the Commonwealth electoral roll, and must not be politically active.

If you are interested in temporary employment simply print and complete the Expression of Interest form [PDF 98k] and return it to your nearest divisional office. Use the Electorate Search to find out which Division you are in.
