Enrolment statistics are updated regularly prior to a federal election via a dedicated enrolment statistics section. After the close of rolls deadline, these statistics will be updated.

The below file indicates the number of postal vote applications received by the AEC and the number of postal votes returned to the AEC.

Postal vote applications close on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 6pm local time.
The data in this spreadsheet includes all the pre-poll votes cast at pre-poll voting centres (PPVCs) for the 2025 federal election. The spreadsheet includes a breakdown of the number of pre-poll votes issued at every PPVC for every day of the pre-poll voting period. The votes issued include both ordinary and declaration votes. Declaration votes are grouped and counted separately by type. This data will be refreshed daily throughout the early voting period.
